CANCELLATION POLICY
At Heaven Studio, your appointment time is reserved just for you. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require a deposit to rebook. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges. By booking, you agree to these terms. Thank you for respecting my time and business!
